Serenity Chiropractic Centre

About

A chiropractor who was a patient first.

Alicia opened Serenity in June 2025 after years in practice, with a simple idea: the kind of care she wished she had received as a teenager with migraines.

At fifteen, Alicia was getting migraines several times a week. Scans were clear, medication helped a little and then stopped helping, and the advice was mostly to wait it out. A family friend suggested a chiropractor. Within a couple of months the migraines were rare, and the question of what she wanted to do with her life was answered.

She completed a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science and a Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University, then practised in Newcastle before coming home to the Inner West. Along the way she became a certified Reformer Pilates instructor, which is why movement and strength are part of every plan she writes.

Her special interests are headaches and migraine, neck pain and TMJ (jaw) disorders, the problems that first brought her to chiropractic. She is registered with AHPRA (CHI0002895365) and a finalist in the 2026 Inner West Local Business Awards, New Business category.

How we work

Four things you can expect

Listen first

The first fifteen minutes of your first visit are a conversation. Most of what matters is in there.

Explain everything

What we found, why it hurts, what we are about to do and why. You should never be guessing.

Evidence, honestly

We use techniques with good support and are upfront about where the evidence is thinner.

No production line

One practitioner, one patient at a time, with appointments long enough to do the job properly.

Serenity Saturdays

On selected Saturdays, every consultation fee goes to the Heart Foundation.

Alicia lives with a heart condition and knows what the research funded by the Heart Foundation has made possible. A few times a year the clinic opens on a Saturday and donates everything it earns that day. Dates are announced on Instagram, and you can book them like any other appointment.
