What to expect

Four steps, no surprises

01

Conversation

What hurts, when, what makes it better or worse, and what you want to get back to.

02

Examination

Posture, range of motion, orthopaedic and neurological tests. We screen for red flags.

03

Treatment

Explained before it happens. Gentle techniques for anyone who prefers them.

04

Plan and review

A clear plan in writing, and a review at an agreed point to check it is working.

Our approach

Evidence-based, which means we tell you what we don’t know too.

Spinal manipulation combined with exercise is well supported for back and neck pain and for neck-related headaches. For other conditions the evidence is more limited, and Alicia will be honest about what chiropractic can and cannot do for you.
